The wineries we like to concentrate on are the Boutique wineries of the Hunter Valley. When booking with us, we work closely with you, to ensure the day is completely tailored to your needs and the tastes of the group.

We certainly have wineries that we like to visit, and have tasted at over 80 wineries in the Hunter Valley, but always welcome input from our guests. We always book ahead with the wineries to guarantee a place for tastings.

As many places fill up a week in advance, we would appreciate knowing your preferences early on, so you won’t be disappointed! Of the 5 to 7 wineries available to us on the day, we do formal tastings at 3-4 wineries.

Formal tasting are where we go in as a group and they take us through their wine lists. We also allow you time after lunch to explore the Hunter Valley Gardens Village area where you can visit more wineries, or do cheese tastings, visit the chocolate shop or galleries, or just lazy under a shady gum tree.
