If you are one of those doting parents that wants to plan a birthday party for your child, then you should look into organising a party with a theme of some sort.  Theme parties these days are incredibly successful, but they can be a little bit hard to plan.  If you are having a hard time thinking of themes for your children's party, then take a look at some of these common and popular themes.

For those of you parents that have little boys, having a Space themed party is going to be especially fun.  You can invite the children to dress up as astronauts, and you can decorate the house like the solar system!  Check at your local party store and see what you can find in the way of decorations and part favours.

There are all sorts of party themes out there that will fit any child's need.  All you really need to do is know what your child like and know what they like to do.  This is going to make party planning for your child a lot easier!  If your child is not into Barbies or Space, then look into having a super hero party, where children will dress up as their favourite super hero, or have a little tea party for all of your little girls.
